Given:
Number of players = 15
Number of players tobe selected = 11
By using the formula,
nCr = n!/r!(n – r)!
15C11 = 15! / 11! (15 – 11)!
= 15! / (11! 4!)
= [15×14×13×12×11!] /(11! 4!)
= [15×14×13×12] /(4×3×2×1)
= 15×7×13
= 1365
∴ The total numberof ways of choosing 11 players out of 15 is 1365 ways.
