=> x2 – 12x – 6x + 72 = 0
=> x (x – 12) – 6 (x – 12) = 0

or x – 6 = 0, then x = 6
(i) If x = 12, then
First number = 12
Second number =18 – 12 = 6
(ii) If x = 6, then
